From New York to California and beyond, my mission is to bring a friendly approach to telling your love story.
Dane grew up in South Africa and recently came over to the United States, where he met Carolyn, a native New Yorker. While planning their wedding, Dane and Carolyn wanted to showcase NYC in their wedding pictures.
We decided that a brief trip to DUMBO in Brooklyn to take some pictures would be perfect before finishing off the ceremony and reception at the Battery Garden’s Restaurant in the financial district.
Styled by Lacy Geary and Mary Dougherty, Hannah & Sam's wedding was absolutely breathtaking.
Not only was the setting incredible (their ceremony took place on a small island in the center of a lake at sunrise), but Hannah & Sam were two of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of photographing, willing to brave nature for incredible photographs.
We had such an incredible sunset for Lindsay and Brandon’s wedding at The Harbor Club at Prime!
The Harbor Club overlooks the Huntington Harbor, with a beautiful view of the water (not to mention amazing food!). Lindsay was wearing the most gorgeous dress from Martina Liana. Combined with her beautiful flowers (provided by The Showplace) and the amazing sunset light, we captured some incredible photographs!
With rain in the forecast, we were pleasantly surprised when it cleared up mid-morning and the sky opened up with sunshine.
We began the day with pictures at The Hempstead House in Sands Point. With a gorgeous sunset as their backdrop, John and the bridal party walked down the aisle to Debussy’s Clair de Lune, played by a talented harpist (a nice touch!)
Kara and Dave met at Springfield College eight years ago. Dave proposed to Kara on the beach on Long Island (Sagg Mein Beach). It was only fitting then that they have their wedding on a Long Island beach as well!
A beautiful September day without a cloud in the sky, Kara and Dave were some of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure to photograph. I was told that I resembled Kara's dad when he was younger, so I guess you could say I felt like I was part of the family!
A beautiful spring day, Nicole and Joe had chemistry like no other—look how in love they look in every photograph!
We photographed Nicole and Joe's wedding at The Hempstead House at Sands Point in addition to The Village Club at Lake Success, where they held their reception.
Yosemite National Park has been a location that has long been on my bucket list, so when I heard Alexis & her fiancé Reuben were living in San Jose (a few hours from the park) I couldn't resist!
Alexis & Reuben did a few separate looks during our session, with the first focusing on Yosemite Valley itself, and the second on Taft Point. We made sure to hit up the iconic Tunnel View and the fields and meadows of the valley.
Who could say no to celebrating love in Paris?
For Francesca & Brendan's session, we began at the Eiffel tower, made our way to the famous Pont Alexander III bridge and eventually ended at the Palace Tuileries Garden.
